Notice is hereby given that the Nez Perce County Planning and Zoning Commission will hold public hearings on Thursday, January 17, 2019, at 10:00 a.m. in the Brammer Building Conference Room, 1225 Idaho Street, Lewiston, Idaho concerning the following:

  • TA2018-1 Setbacks: County - An amendment to Nez Perce County Zoning Ordinance #72tt reducing side and rear yard setbacks within a subdivision from 10’ and 20’ (respectively) to 5’ for both side and rear yards.
  • TA2018-2 Setbacks: Lewiston ACI – An amendment to Lewiston Area of City Impact Zoning Ordinance 96c reducing side and rear yard setbacks.

Complete text of the proposed amendments is available from the Planning and Building Department.
