Commercial Exhibitors are required to send a photo or sketch of their booth or trailer with their application.
The application (see link below) does not imply or guarantee that space will be offered to you. All questions must be answered completely before consideration for space can be given.
The Nez Perce County Fair reserves the right to assign space in accordance with other exhibitor products. The Fair strives to maintain a balanced variety of products and does not wish to overload with similar or like products. Leased space includes only the area stipulated on the contract.
NOTE: Food Venders are required to furnish a Certificate of Liability to cover no less than $1,000,000 products – comp/op aggregate, $500,000 each occurrence, $100,000 fire damage and $500,000 medical expense any one person.
PLEASE DO NOT SEND MONEY with your application. Should you be offered space in the Fair, a contract will be mailed to you and payment will be due at that time.
