Downloadable applications for land use are available below. Applications are available in two formats - forms with fields to be filled in before printing and signing, or blank forms to print. Forms can also be picked up by visiting our office on the 3rd floor of the Courthouse located at 1230 Main Street in Lewiston, Idaho.
