NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that the Nez Perce County Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, March 29, 2017, at 10:00 a.m. in the Brammer Building Conference Room, 1225 Idaho Street, Lewiston, Idaho concerning the following:

  • TA2017-1 Quarrying & Crushing – – An amendment to Nez Perce County Zoning Ordinance #72ss, permitting quarrying and rock crushing in the light industrial (I-1) zone upon approval of a conditional use permit.

Complete text of the proposed amendment is available from the Planning and Building Department.
