Requests for law enforcement incident reports begin with a records request form completed by the requesting party. The form is then forwarded to the Prosecutor’s Office for review and approval - there is usually a wait of three business days for this process.

Report requests may be dropped off in person or may be sent by mail, email or fax. All reports the Records Division sends out can be mailed, emailed, picked up in person or faxed to the requesting party.
