The committee shall advise the Nez Perce County Board of Commissioners, regarding the maintenance and improvement of the County's waterways, expenditure of monies deposited in the county vessel account, co-approve grant applications for the State of Idaho Waterways Improvement Fund, act as a liaison to the public on matters concerning the County's waterways and recommend long range goals and activities related to the County's waterways and facilities.
