The Nez Perce County Sheriff's Office always accepts applications for the following positions:
Deputy Sheriff
Detention Deputy
Dispatcher
Positions with the Sheriff's Office require shift work (days, swing, and graveyard, weekends and holidays).

Our office will accept the application, which will be held and screened when there is an opening with our agency.
Please be advised that applications must meet our minimum qualifications and the POST minimum standards to be accepted.
If the application is accepted, you will be notified when there is a position open for testing.
If the minimum qualifications are not met, you will be notified within a week after we have received the application.
